    Confidence Level.
As far as I can remember I have had low confidence. I have no idea why I do, but I do. The thing is, is that sometimes I feel confident, and others I am far away from it. Is there any way to increase my confidence?

What I have done and continue to do is to concentrate and excel at the things I am good at. When I begin to feel better about myself because I am excelling at one thing, all of the others tend to fall into place.

If there is something that you are trying to accomplish such as a skill at whatever, then practicing doing that thing and being successful at it is generally the way to begin to feel confident about yourself. A little praise for a good or excellent job done doesn't hurt either, but facilitates the process to feeling more confident about oneself.

It's all about your mindset! First of all, concentrate on the good things about you... not the faulty and remember, EVERYONE has faults. One thing I always keep on my mind is that no matter whatcha look like or how yah feel... SMILE; it makes you feel better, plus the people around you because that's what they will be looking at! Another thing that I do(might sound silly but it works) is to walk into rooms, grocery stores, other peoples houses, LIKE YOU OWN THE BIOTCH, lol. For some reason this just gives off an aura to other people that reflects back to you. There is a confident person inside everyone, you will find yours... just love yourself!
