My thermostat is on off, but the heat is on, and I can't get it to turn off. Also it says sory, battery, I put new batteries in but it still says the same thing. I want to turn air on, but only heat will stay on. What is wrong and what can I do??

Sounds like you have a thermostat problem. If the heat is still running I would turn off the circuit breaker until you figure out what the problem is.

Post the name and model number of your thermostat.
