    Husband being overly friendly
My Husband and his female coworker seem to overly friendly with each other. I asked about it couple of times and he denied anything was happening between them but then he promised me that he would stop being overly friendly. He stopped for couple of months but then went back to being overly friendly again. I even taught him sending flirtiest mail to her. He says he forgot about the promise and it was just an innocent mail. Now he says he will never do this again. How can I believe him again?

If your marriage isn't based on trust then that's where the problem exists. Not knowing the circumstances, it's hard to say if you are reading things into the situation or your husband really is being too "flirty." If he's just being genuinely nice to his coworker, then maybe things are what you think they are. Your jealousy can eat at you and make things worse. On the other hand, if your husband love you, then he should stop doing anything that will cause a wedge between you. If you don't believe that things have escalated beyond simple flirtations, then open conversation and communication should begin ASAP. Not an expert... just my opinion. I'll be interested in hearing what others have to say.

It's way out of line for your husband to be sending flirty emails to his coworker. I'm sorry to say that it sounds like they're having an emotional affair--and possibly a sexual affair. Even if they're only having an emotional affair, this hurts the marriage, because it takes away needed energy from your relationship. Your husband needs to end his relationship with this woman, even if that means changing jobs.

I recommend that you pick up Gary Neuman's book: "Emotional Infidelity: How to Affair Proof your Marriage."

    Good luck,
    Betty

Forgot my arse! I have no doubt he was being a selfish idiot, and hoped his dumb arse wouldn't get caught. That makes him a liar. What you do about it is up to you, just don't let him think your that stupid. Sleeping on the couch-Hint-Hint! Sorry, husbands don't forget promises like that.
