Me and my ex girlfriend got a home that is only in my name and I have title to prove and all reciepts. Lately things have gotten way out of hand and I want her out of my house, BUt there I no lease or anything of that nature. And we have a child together. But at any rate I want her out of my life. How can I get her out legally beings there is no lease of anything like that?

This is much harder, since as a girlfriend, and as the child's father you are going to have to go though housing court to get her out.

You need an attorney. This is more a divorce then an eviction.
