    Period long, Am I OK?
Ok so I'm 13 and this is only my 5th period and right now is day 11. But my first period was 10 days long and ones after were 6-8 until May, that was at the end of the month and I was really stressed and I skipped a month, but I think I was just stressed and my grandmother said she used to do that when she got upset or stressed. But I have always had a long lasting period and it was always kind of regular and all the other girls that ask questions like this either have short ones all the time until whenever they have the one there writing about or they have there's for too long. What I'm trying to say is that when I fist started and afterwards I was long but I never went to a doctor and I was all right so should I be worried?
Please help I'm about to go nuts if I have it 1 more day!!

You may need to go on a birth control pill to regulate your cycles. If it goes on for too long, you can get anemic, feel tired, etc. It is NOT normal, no matter what the family history is. They use the birth control pills for more than contraception, and my niece had to use them for this same thing. Get someone to take you to a doctor and ask the professionals. Good luck.
