Can someone please tell me how to adjust the valves on a 14.5 over head valve engine?

O.k.
To Set Your Valves , First Remove The Hood Of The Unit. This Makes It Easier.
1. Place Towels Under Ohv Cover To Catch Oil, Remove Ohv Cover.
2. Remove Spark Plug.
3. Get Engine To Top Dead Center On Compression Stroke, Then Turn Flywheel 1/4" Past Top Dead Center.
4. Then Take A Torx Bit Driver To Fit The Bolt End Of The Rocker Arm Bolt, And A Wrench To Fit The Lock Nut.
5. Loosen The Lock Nut, Place The .005 Feeler Gauge Into The Gap Between The Rocker Arm And The Valve.
6. Adjust The Torx Bit Driven Bolt Until You Have A Steady Pressure On The Feeler Gauge.
7. Tighten Lock Nut While Holding The Torx Driver In Place.
8. Remove Feeler Gauge And Reinsert Feeler Gauge To Check The Adjustment.
9. Do This On Both Valves And Reassemble.
