My boyfriend's ex girlfriend, calls me, sends me text messages, and emails me. I don't want any contact with her. I don't want to change my number unless I have to. I have saved every text message and email that she has sent me. She also assulted me I filed a police report but charges were not filed against her. I just want her to go away any suggestions?

Assuming you have already made it clear to here you wish to have no contact, I'd suggest a restraining order. The police report of her assult on you, along with the number and content of her communications to you, is potentially enough for a judge to grant a restraining order.
