value of an account which has more than double the amount of another. It basically just tells you to write an expression.
the answer I put
a+2(v)
I know this is wrong

I think you're on the right track, although I think you should write it as an equation. If V1 is the value of one account, and the value of the second account is called V2 and it is more than twice V1, then you could write:
V2 = a + 2(V1)
where a is an unknown positive amount.
A > 2b
Account a, has greater than twice the amount in account b
This would be anotherway of writing it.
