    My nephew Ison
My partners brother was with his partner for a long time and she fell pregnant with him,

My brother in law had some mental health issues and his girlfriend left him taking the baby with her, he was just 1 when she took him, she new she could talk to me about anything but obviously felt this time she couldn't talk to me or leave an addy to contact her, anyway she got herself another boyfriend and left my brother in law, she then put my nephew in the care of her adoptive mother, who had him for a while and since then he has been in and out of foster care, I don't know where her adoptive mother lives or even if ison is with her or weather kelly has him or weather he is in care again as he seemed to be going round in circles,

Is their any way I can find out where he is as I don't have a clue where any of the family are and my brother in law won't give me any details of where her family lives as he doesn't think I have a right to see my nephew,
I miss my nephew greatly and was wondering do I have any rights at all as to visitation on where he is weather he be fostered to her adoptice mum, in care or with her? Are their any laws that could tell me I have visiting rights, my nephew will be 4 this year he was born just before I lost my own son one of a tiwn pregnancy...
I just feel so useless with him bieng passed from pillar to post and I think he should feel he will have at least 1 family member he can contact that won't mess him about, I miss my little nephew a lot, but with no information or knowing where to look it is a hard task to try and find him :(

I am in the uk, so have different rules than in usa or somewhere else I suppoae..
I just need to see him and tell him I love him..

I am sorry for your predicament, you must be frustrated not knowing and wanting to see him. Can you put an ad in the paper, a general paper, where you live, stating the obvious and leaving your phone number or safer yet, a box number you would have to rent.

I have ads out but nobody seems to want to help me out, either that or he has had his name changed... as he was just under 1 when everything fell apart she could have had his first name changed legally and she can have his last name changed legally despite age..

    And yes very frustrating :(
    Thank you
