Well, a drug that is antiretroviral is one that combats retroviruses (a specific family of viruses).

UNAIDS is the UN's committee for preventing the spread of AIDS, it doesn't stand for anything except the juxtaposition of UN and AIDS, obviously forming a pun on un-AIDS as in the opposite of AIDS or anti-AIDS.
