Okay I've been having the same problem I've heard to use toothpaste overnight and then a mix of water and bakingsoda and put it on the spots over night and it should clear it up;; it works on most of them

    Hope it gets better :]

Toothpaste is a great spot treatment but I've never heard of mixing it with water and baking soda... it works great alone. My sis uses the Neutragina body clear body scrub... works for her! I use proactiv on my face and it works wonders... they also carry products for the body!

Hmm I always thougth the toothpaste thing was a bit dodgy - there are so many better things for drying out spots like tea tree oil or witch hazel. I only use toothpaste for insect bites (having tried it for both).

Here is a great site full of suggestions and review of acne treatments started by a man who suffered from severe acne. It says all the things I would write and more so I suggest you take a look.
