    Weak Headaches?
Yo there guys, I'm male and 20!

I'm not the most 'healthy' person to be honest (on the inside) I eat so much crap even though I'm extremely slim, and I have a too bada habbit of staying up during the night, very poor sleeping patterns. (even though when I do nod off, I sleep for about 7 - 14 hours) friends call me lazy, it just doesn't feel right however.

Anyway, I've been having these very weak headaches, so weak that I can just tell some sort of pain is amitting from my head, it's the type that when you shake your head, you know it's there, am I making sense? Sorry.

I'm not too sure, but I also think my eyesight has become slightly blurry, however if I focus (stop being a lazy douche) my eyesight is perfectly fine and I can see for miles... so to speak.

I look at a computer screen ALLDAY studying arts, I know that can't be too healthy. I also don't exercise much, or even at all, however I have no problem running at high speeds for long periods, once I'm short of breath I recover pretty quickly.

Also, a serious habbit I've gotten into is "cracking my neck" just by twisting my head around at deep angles, it's scary, I need some serious will power, any tips?

^ : I think maybe that could be the cause of my weak headaches, shaking my head around the place.

Well anyway I'm willing to try almost anything you guys can suggest. I hope it's nothing serious, I over worry a lot.

    Thanks doods!

You seem to have a pretty good handle on what is causing your problems. What I see lacking in your modus operandi is fresh air, exercise, and regular healthy meals. It will take a while, but set up a proper regime, eat, exercise & sleep on a schedule.
