    Random Englandish!
I know people ask these sorts of questions all the time, but I was wondering if anyone had any other examples of the English language being a bit... well... random?

"Talking behind someones back" - Surely, if you're talking behind someone's back you're talking to their face?

"Head over heels" - Isn't it normally?

    Anyone?

    :D

"Head over heels" started as "Heels over head" in the 14th century, but evolved into what we use today because it's easier to say :o

Ha ha, that's crazy... but quite true!

I like origins of the word 'curfew' - it's a great pub fact! Lol!
