Well, For starters, I would not run-away. This makes it very unsafe for you and for your parents to be so worried. I made a huge plan to run-away to Africa one time, I was 14 at the time. When my best friend (girl) decided not to go, I put the plan to rest. You have to think about alot of things, How will he support you? Will you be fed? How will this be different from living at home? I concluded all of those into mine while planning the escape to Africa during my major psyche to Bible Codes and The Rapture. No offence sweety, But I think if you want to be with him you will make him wait till your 18, If he waits then he is a true boyfriend and probably doesen't want you just for the sex . Please take into acception however, That you have to be extremely careful with such a relationship and do not let him lure you into seduction and lust.
