Many of my friend on different computers and I are having trouble logging in to some sights. One example is smartsource for printing coupons. Has something to do with "device Identification" its been like that for weeks now."we encounted an error processing your request we apologize for any inconvenience please come back and try again. Same message for weeks now.

What is the problem?

There seems two be two problems. With internet explorer 7.0 without
Add-ons you avoid the device identification proble. But then you
Face a new problem. While you can select the coupons you want
You can not print them. You can download the coupon printer numerous
Times but your printer will not acknowledge it.
Many have told me you need the internet explorer with the add-on
And just work on the device identification problem. If that is solve
The coupons will start printing.

Where do you start with the device identification problem
