How do you get rid of that dirty looking skin under the arm, on the elbows?

I'm not too sure about the under arms, but I know on th elbows use moisturizer on them once a day and the dirty look will fade away.

Exfoliate

Not sure what you mean by "dirty looking skin" but my daughter had that so called dirty little skin around her neck and for the life of me I could not get it off her not by bathing or even rubbing alcohol on it. She was 13 at the time when I took her to her pediatrics for a physical and asked the doctor what that could be... it was then when I heard that it could be diabetes. Sure enough I had her blood work done and it came out true. Sweetie, if all those remedies you are trying don't work, please go and get some blood work done. I would have never believed it if I hadn't seen it myself. You are too precious to those around you, take good care of yourself!

The best thing to do is get some sugar and mix it with some kind of soap or facial wash and exfoliate them daily. Then it will go away. I hope I helped.
