I have a 6 year old Hampton Bay remote/light switch controlled ceiling fan. The light works but the fan will not work. I have tried the pulls and only the lights react to those. Anyone know if there is something that could be easily fixed?

I would ckeck for voltage at fan wire at ceiling. Then inside switch housing, look for loose connections. Then follow voltage through switches.
You could have bad direction switch, speed switch, capacitor, and worse, and less common, is motor windings, open or shorted.
