I am a 16 year old male, who has broken the law for the second time. I have committed the crime of theft over $5000. My court date is June 28th 2007. I am not some Gangbanger or bad who looks rebellious, I am just an ordinary teen who you wouldn't be able to tell by looking at me or talking to me was in trouble with the law. I'm the type of kid who tries in school and is intelligent (obviously not too intelligent) and charismatic. My grades in school are good even finishing up with an 85% in math this year. I have made one mistake of theft under 5000 and now I have made a bigger mistake theft over 5000. The thing is I know I won't get a third strike but what does it matter. Anyway my question is...
"For my second offence and the charge theft over 5000 what will happen to me in an alberta court room?"
I'm hoping to hear from anyone with prior experience, a lawyer, someone whose been where I've been or just someone who knows a thing or two. I need to know how to present myself on June 28th, Thank you to anyone that responds.
