    Here we go again
So... after a lot of great advice llast week on my ex today I ended up seeing him quite randomly at a golf club where I was with my brother. He joined us and I was actually riding in a golf cart when his phone rang... I answered it because it was my girlfriend... he flipped out saying that he didn't appreciate me telling people we were hanging out etc... I just got out of the cart and left... he is really giving me some mixed messages and I don't need it... I really am through this time... I am very pretty, kind hearted, and popular and I really don't think anyone should be ashamed to hang out with me... Right?

This does sound suspicious. It sounds like he is hiding something, however you should not answer his phone, unless he ask you to do so.

I probably should not have... but I was in the cart and it was ringing... I guess there must be someone he feels he must hide me from... I need to get over this...

Yes, you should get over this. You NEVER should have answered his phone. He is your ex right?

You know, my hubby and I have been married 11 years now and I NEVER answer his phone unless he specifically asks me to.

He did have every right to be upset with you. He probably felt that you invaded is privacy.

He probably doesn't feel that he needs to hide you from anyone, but again, you invaded his privacy.

But why would he go off about how he hadn't ask me to hang out etc... I just happened to be at the same place he was at the same time... I don't get it...

In your original post you say he joined you, now you say he went "off about how he hadn't ask me to hang out." Now, did he ask you to hang out together, did he simply join you? There really is a difference, believe it or not.

He actually just joined us... I think my brother may have asked him when they were on the putting green... and then he went off about not asking me to hang out or something... what a mess

Well, now you know he is your ex for a reason. LOL

Yeah, it can be a mess if you let it. Can you just let this last chance meeting die and go on with your life?

It is good that you recognize that. Shows a lot of maturity.
