:confused: How do you go about ordering computer protection and have it charged on your phonebill?

I've not heard of that. You might contact your phone company to ask if they partner with companies who provide computer protection.

Why bother whe there are so many excellent FREE applications out there that will do exactly what you are looking for ?

Defrag is an inbuilt function in XP.

The only way that might be possible is if you are getting your phone service and DSL from the same carrier and then they offer it as part of their ISP services.
