How can I refinance my house I have poor credit and my house is mortgaged to 100% of value right now. I would like to get additional money to pay off all my debts and make it easier to pay the mortgage.

If you want to get more than 100 percent of the home value, you will need good credit, since they are granting the additional money

I doubt if anyone will refi if you are already at 100% of value, especially if you don't have good credit. Anyone who might do so will probably charge a huge interest rate.
