My boyfriend and I after 4 years are splitting up, I am now 3 months pregnant and he is telling me that he wants 50-50 custody. Can paperwork be drawn up now or does it have to wait until the baby is born?

You have to wait on the birth of the child. It was not very nice of him to leave you when you need him the most. I would wait and see how he acted during the next 6 months and after my baby was born, before I would agree to anything. Good Luck
