I remember watching this movie when I was a kid, it takes act on a spacestation or spaceship of some sort and it about a robot with three human brains that goes crazy and goes after the crew.. is there anyone who knows the name of this movie?

You MIGHT be thinking of the infamous "Saturn 3" from 1980, starring Kirk Douglas, Farrah Fawcett, and an overdubbed Harvey Keitel. The robot in that movie had a synthetic brain and took some neural imprinting from Keitel as well. And then embarked upon a reign of terror.
