    Tenant Rights
Can a landlord remove a tenant off a lease at another tenants (on the same lease) request without letting the tenant know and for no cause?

No, everyone has to obey the terms of the lease. If there is no cause, the landlord has to obey and honor the lease. ( unless your lease allows this)

But the other person will have to be listed as a party to the lease, not merely a listed resident of the leased property.

Example, if Bobby, has a lease with Big Town Rentals, and he lists Joe to live there, Joe is listed on the lease as a tenant but Joe is not a legal party to the lease he is only allowed to live there because Bobby listed him as someone living with him, but Bobby is the only person who is a actual party of the lease.

If Bobby and Joe both sign as responsible parties to the lease, both have all and equal rights.

This is if there is no cause, if there is a reason , then yes they can.
