    Water level in toilet bowl
When I flush the toilet, the water in the bowl doesn't refill to a normal level. The hose is running into the white tube and is not blocked. The water level in the tank is at max level. If I add water to the bowl it stays at that level but the next time I flush, it doesn't refill to the proper level. What the heck?

It appears to be - it's not one with the ball on it, it's a Fluidmaster vertical one. I should mention too, that I checked the holes under the rim and all are clear.

The floats on the Fluidmaster ballcocks are adjustable -- Either by adjusting the rod on the float ball, or by pulling up (gently and one click at a time) on the entire assembly.

If you pull up the entire assembly, be sure to pull up and click the collar under the float ball as well.

Sounds like the flapper is closing too soon, maybe time for a new flapper or some adjustment. Flapper should keep some air in the cavity that keeps it afloat preventing it from closing too soon and stopping the water from achieving max level

Growler, you're a genius! I'd already adjusted the rod but didn't know the whole assembly could be adjusted as well. That fixed it! Thank you.
