    H1B visa
    MY EMPLOYER APPLIED MY H1B visa in normal process in 2april 2007.in may fist week he said my check is encashed.but they did not got any recepit yet now .and now last week my emplyer said me UCIS wans the RFE.
    Can u tell me what is the meannig all that thing... I got the H1B or not

    RFE is not a document itself, it means "request for evidence", meaning there are documents missing from your application. In general it could be that your criminal background papers were not received or anything else. Just ask the employer what documents USCIS needs you to provide, there is no form called RFE.
