    Oh you knows it! Lol!

I cooked my girlfriend a 3 course meal for her birthday on Friday, all 3 recipes from DeliaOnline and it was superb! So simple and tastes amazing!

People had an epi when she did the 'How to boil an egg' thing - I thought it was great, I still know people who haven't got a clue!

Thanks for the greenie by the way! ;)

LOL she is great if you really need the step by step thing but I have to admit she does do a wonderful lemon layer sponge I think that's the only recipe of hers I've ever used.

Pack the washed cherries into clean jars, pour in sugar to cover. Place in the sun and leave until the sugar dissolves. It will form its own syrup, then if you wish you can add some alcohol or wine.
This is the easiest recipe in the world.
