Wanting to move toilet to change exiting space into two separate bathrooms on same floor.

I thought toilet lines were larger but I found the toilet line after the flange is a two inch line. And no vent lines. The plumbing is vented in the attic for whole house.

Wanted to make sure that this correct for code in my area - Harford Country, Maryland.

I was just shutting down when I read your post.
There's no code that allows anything less then 3" for a toilet drain.
ALL fixtures MUST be trapped and vented. If the vents terminate in your attic and they're not revented back into a vent that goes out the roof you're allowing sewer gas to enter your home.
Sewer gas is dangerous to your families health and the methane content makes it explosive. I would have your plumbing checked as soon as possible.

Keith, as a new user you just probably didn't know how to get this new question started. You should not tag along to someone else's question. Iget us old guys all confused. Go back to the home page and click on ASK. Post your new question there. "The house is higher than the room. " This sentence needs to be reworked and a better explanation.
