When was the first day of your last period. The best time to conceive is roughly 14 days after that day depending on how long your cycle typically is.

If your cycle is a normal 28 days, then you would probably ovulate around 14 days. According to my calculations the 5th was on day 12 and the 7th was on day 14. Technically either of these times could have gotten you pregnant since the sperm can live, I think it is 3-5 days. It is all according to when you ovulate.

Yes, both days would have been possible conception dates. Did you have the LMP date on there originally? I did not see it before... If indeed the dates you gave are correct, and you have not gotten a period, you need to get to a doctor, because you are late. If a HPT is not turning out, they can order a blood test.

If you know that you are pregnant and are trying to figure out the day of conception, that is going to be darn near impossible, since as the previous poster said, sperm can live for days. You may not have conceived on either day. If you were with 2 different partners (not implying anything, I just see this type of question often with people trying to find out who the dad is) then the only true way to know is to have a paternity test when the baby is born.

Unless you had medical assistance, the doctor won't know the exact day, however it is quite likely that you would actually conceive a day or so after you have sex.

Once released, the egg is only viable for about 24 hours (it is thought optimum viability is in the first 12). Most sperm may live 2-3 days near the time of ovulation, with some a bit longer on occasion. The likelihood of becoming pregnant increases when you already have sperm present, ready and waiting for the egg just prior to ovulation.

A few days either side won't make any difference. It is possible you had sex on the 4th and conceived on the 5th if that is when you happened to ovulate. It is also possible you conceived a few days later from the sex on either day if ovulation didn't take place for a few days.
