    Addicted to speed
    Hey

I recently split with my ex and I found the best way of dealing with it would be to go out driving.

This was OK at the start but then I started thinking of her and that got me angry, I started to speed up.

I got faster and faster and realised that the speed was making me happy, it was weird but it worked.

Is there something wrong with me?

I don't think anything is wrong with you. It is kind of like hitting a pillow but instead you are putting the petal to the metal. I've done the same thing while angry before! Although this is kind of like therapy for you I would try to find another, less dangerous way to deal with your frustrations... for your own sake. Good luck and be careful speedy! ;)

What your doing is not only a way to make you happy but it is becoming a dangerous habbit its very common. Everyone has this problem on the wheel at times. But it best you control this habbit and find a way to use the anger on something else such as theose stress balls. Another great way to help your anger is to release it on a sport I find hockey a great way to do that very aggressive but its your call and these are just ideas of mine. You may find better ways doing other stuff. Most accident that happen do come from frustrated drivers so watch your speed buddy :D .
