    Trampoline Waiver forms
    Hello

    I am looking for a site or inofrmation where I can find a waiver form for a trampoline or something similar to that I can amend myself.
    Have been searching for awhile and have had no luck... help!!

    Hello Sweets:

    I don't think you'll find one, because they're not really going to protect you. Even if you find some great boilerplate stuff about liability, and you amend it such that nobody can sue you for getting hurt on your trampoline if they've signed it, it still won't stop anybody from suing you and winning.

    From a legal perspective, people have a Constitutional right to sue. Any agreement that has them giving up that right won't be found to be legal.
