I have an in ground sprinkling system that when I started it up this spring all seems normal on the EPS -SI controller. When I try and manually start the system the watering timer starts but NO water flows to the heads? Can anyone help with what the problem might be?

You do have water to valves? Valve not shut off? Do you have 24 volts going to valve?
Need to determine Valve or controller.

If the water is running from the head then the outlets are clogged up with cal
And have to be cleaned this happens very frequent!!
