    Grammar Skills
 On my job I type minutes for my co-works. I'm finding it a bit difficult regarding my grammar such as (where to put a comma, quotation mark, how to identify running sentence etc). I've search the web for simple grammar lessons but can't find any that is least expensive. Any recommendation you can give?

I think you had better invest in a textbook to help you with the basics. Once you get the hang of it, it will work out.

There is a great help book on what you are asking, called, "Secretary's Guide To Modern English Usage" Second Edition. Jean C. Vernes, revised by Carol M. Barnum. 1991. By this time there is most likely another edtiion out there. The book covers grammar, spelling, sentence structure, letter format, punctuation, etc. Worth finding and keeping.

By advising you to read the basics I meant sometimes it is better to start at square one and work up again. Good spelling goes along with proper english usage.
