F1 and H1-B at the same time?
I've been working for the past 5 years with a H1-B visa. I left the company and want to study at a university (4 year degree).

If I transfer my H1 to a F1 and later find a new job, can the new company sponsor me a H1 visa considering I would have a F1 visa?

    Thanks

In theory, yes, but I don't know how easy it will be to transfer from a working visa to student visa, you may have to leave and re-enter. Same with tranfering back to a working visa after your studies are done. In any case your talking about 4 years from now. A lot may change in 4 years. Get your studies started and start seeing the requirements to return to an H1 visa afterwards

What if I have a company that wants to hire me on my first year holding a F1 visa?
Can I get a H1 visa and keep my F1 visa or it would be a transfer from F1 to H1 and with the H1 I would be able to work and study?

In other words, I'm looking for a way that I could study and work in the same time.

I believe there are F1 visa's that allow you to work at the same time, this is what you would need. If you already have a company willing to hire you while you study, ask them if they can set this up for you.
