So my OPT expires in June 2007 and my H1b doesn't start until October 2007. I'm suppose to leave the country 60 days after my opt expires and re-enter after October 2007.Is there another option to avoid leaving the country?

'Just a thought, but can you work for a company that can 'sponsor' you?

That's what H1B is, a working visa sponsored by a US company.

Well if your OPT is expiring this month, just apply for a visitor's visa, you couldn't work until October though.
