    Sleep talking
I have recently started to sleep talk. And when I do it, I know I am sleep talking because I wake myself up. I am usually fighting with my family members in my sleep. I recently got kicked out of my house and was forced to live at a relatives until I got "better." [stop running away, arguing with parents, not seeing boyfriend, etc]

I think that I am getting worse I feel like I am in prison in this house. 24 hours a day, for 5 days a week, I am confined to an apartment room, where my only source of the outside is the telephone and the computer. My dad says I have to stay here atlaest a year. I am dying, literally, this is so unhealthy, and I've woken up at least 5 times last night from yelling at my parents in my sleep lol. What should I do??

Do you eat healthy it could be because of your diet. You could also have emotional problems because dreams do occur because your environment or events that you know will happen in the future. I also talk in my sleep but it is usually mumbles or short talks and occurs when I'm happy sometines : D . If it isent your diet or emotional problems you should try and tape your mouth and mabe that would stop your mouth but that's just an idea : ). The problem may eventually stop also.

I don't think it would be a good idea to tape your mouth closed.
People breath out of their mouths and nose depending on different
Sleep patterns and what position your in. I just don't think that would be safe.
Nothing against man909, just letting you know that I wouldn't believe that to be safe.
I once knew a person who would shout in his sleep.
It was due to emotional issues that remained unresolved for long time.
He would fight with people in his dreams.
I think it shows that you have some unresolved issues that deeply upset and disturb you going on with family.
Possibly it would help to talk with them and try to make wrongs right.
