Stupid me taking my night time medications that were prescribed for me yesterday and I took a double dose of my steroid. It if for my asthma as I have the flu right now and needed some help controlling it.
I am on 50mg once a day for 5 days. I had a dose yesterday, one this morning and one this evening. Is there any worries about the double dose? Do I just skip tomorrows dose?
I really don't want to call health links as I am sure they can see my past medical history with overdoses. I am scared they will think that is what it was.. it was not.

I agree it was stupid of me. That is what I get for taking my meds while doing other things and not paying attention.

If you double up by mistake one day you should skip the next day. Otherwise that one particular med will be overdosed in your system.

Never mind. I read that wrong. Yes, skip today's dose. I thought you were supposed to take it twice a day.
