I had to change the remote batteries. The caps on the 9volt batterie were carroded to the caps on the wires leading to the circuit board and one tore off the board. Can I resodder the wire to the board? Can I get a Hampton Bay replacement remote? The fan is a model #52AHR. The Fan # is 430642 0395. Three other identical fan remotes are working just fine.

You could also solder on a new 9v battery clip.
