    vitamin and fish oil intake
    I will be 60 in January and I just filled my pill box. Is it really necessary for me take 1000 MG of fish oil, 1110 MG of calcium and a female daily vitamin? I have high BP but is under control with meds but both sides of my family have a history of heart issues. Thanks

    Yes, and you should be taking at least 4,000 IUs of Vitamin D too.
