hi... first of all to calculate the pressure drop across a reducer all u require is the size of both ends and Incoming pressure at one side of the reducer if you have this much data u can easily calculate pressure drop across a reducer by first using The Equation of continuity and calculate velocity of fluid flowing then calc Rate of flow(Q=AXV) and taking the value of head u can calc press drop using p=densityXgXhead.

Don't think much about pressure. If pressure goes higher you can't stop.
What about pressure loss due to turbulence? In case we are varying the length of the reducer for the same inlet and exit diameters, the outlet pressures in both cases would change I believe?.
