    This error appears when logging onto Vista. The window closes when "OK" is selected but it occurs again when logging on again.

    Somethng is running at startup that is trying to install something. You need to find out what that is and disable it.

    Thank you so much for your help. Google Desktop was the cause. Google Desktop was looking for the language installation which isn't installed on the system. I uninstalled Google Desktop and am now using the "search" tool in Vista. The error is gone. :)
