Ok, I am a man of about 230lbs, I am normally able to eat two platefuls of food, but two weeks ago I had an intense migraine along with full body pain. I literally ached so much I almost couldn't move for a whole day, and ever since that day I've been feeling lightheaded(as in permanently) and when I'm hungry I feel full after only three bites. I've been feeling weak ever since as well. I have no idea what could be wrong, I've tried force feeding but then I feel sick, and I've tried liquid meals(food supplements, drinking yogurt, rehydrate mixtures) as It's the only way I can get sustenance and I've also noticed that I stay thirsty regardless of how much water I drink, which means I'm not dehydrated. Please help,
