full sentences are not satisfied if there are unpaid fines. That law is not exclusive to minorities .

No but it certainly impacts them and the poor. Unlike guys who have money to pay those fines. Thus discriminatory and targeted like most repub voter rules and regs. That's the real point!

Very true - for once Trump couldn't hide the truth. We saw a four-year-old having a tantrum and stomping out to go home in tears. The few answers that he did give were riddled with lies and half truths.

Even Pence couldn't pour honey on that pitiful performance. His staff is infected too.
