Salaried employees don't get OT. Federal law requires OT after 40 hours for hourly employees.

The poster will need to explain
    1. how much salary they receive, to see if it is legally salary
    2. what industry they are in, and what type of work.

In general, (while there are exceptions) salary employess have no max hours.

There well may be exceptions in New Hampshire too, but the law in Massachusetts would have nothing to do with it.

I mistyped the state name after searching employment law, couldn't see the OP's question while on my Kindle. There are exceptions in NH based on type of job. That's why I asked earlier what the job is.
