    Box 14 - Sec125. Should I enter tax return?
    Hello,

I have an entry in Box 14 on my W2 for Sec125. I think it is Health Insurance for my spouse which I added in March 2007.
I am however not sure if I should add that while filing my returns? How will that affect my total refund?
I am using Taxact online filing and have an entry for Box 14 but it states it as Railroad taxes. I don't think it is that.

BTW: I am married filing jointly with my spouse. I am the only earning partner for last year. I am on H1 and my spouse on EAD.

Looking forward to your reply. Much appreciated.

    Sreeja:

You do NOT add it to your return. The Sec125 refers to the IRC section which allows you to pay health insurance premiums with pre-tax dollars.

Just ignore it; it is NOT relevant to your efiled reurn.
