    Electric stove
I have a gas stove which is a 20 amps and I have it plugged in to the wall. A few days ago I noticed that there was a pop noise in the kitchen and the stove went out. There is no electricity where I had the stove plugged in. I went outside and switched the breaker off and on that applied to that particular outlet and there was electricity again. THis only lasted about 30 minutes before the pop noise occurred again and the electricity went out from that particular outlet. What can be the cause of this?

There clearly is a short circuit someplace, may be in the range or in the outlet, or some other part of the circuit if it feeds other outlets besides the range outlet.

If you not capable of opening outlet boxes and doing trouble shooting, you will need to call in a good troubleshooting service electrician. Before that thou, you can unplug the range, reset the breaker and see if the tripping stops, this will prove that the range is the problem, and you now need an appliance tech instead of an electrician.
