I have aggregete 61% with one * from my high school.With this academic backgroud is there still chaces to get 1 visa?

Nothing to do with visa, if you're accepted by the school and they issue I-20, you can apply for F-1 visa.

Single grades (or grades) are not looked at for a F1 visa

What will be the right answer if the counseler ask me why your academics are low and why you are fail in 1 subject?
