Hi guys, please I have a total ABNORMAL morphology of 64%, total mortile cells of 75%, a sperm count of 144 million cells which is said to be a normal sperm cell and volume after a semen analysis... but worried. Yes, you should have asked your doctor when you were there, but you can always backtrack for an important issue like this. Odinn is right, this is a specialist's bailiwick; a urologist to be precise.

Lots of things can generate abnormal morophology which means that those little devils you produce are abnormal in appearance, normally with a head and a tail, some of yours have two heads and/or two tails, or no head or no tail. Not to worry though because most males have these, you just have more abnormal ones.

Using illegal drugs, consuming too much alcohol, and high fever are just a few. Get tested again in six weeks, it could be temporary.

Thanks Guys for the answers... the test was not done by a Doctor but in a specialist testing center where seeing the Doctor is optional that is why I had to ask the question prior to seeing one. I also made a research that showed that most men have this morphology problem... according to the research 20% abnormal morphology is no harm but anything above this is dangerous... However, I still need a professional advice
