Is there a reason for a blower to run for only a few seconds?
I have a cmf2 80-PO oil furnace, would there be any reason for the blower to run for only a few seconds (3 - 4) after a burn? It will do this 2 or 3 times after every run.

The fan OFF setting is probably set a bit too high. The unit soaks up heat and cycles again until finally cooling off. Is this unit run from a motherboard?

Does the fan stay on longer on each run until it runs until the call for heat has ended?

    Drakey112,

After reading your question again, I too would question the fan control settings.
