    Hi,
    I have been separated for 9 years and we have nothing on paper. We have one child together and I do pay money every month. What is the SOL for the length we have been separated? Is it an automatic Divorce because of how long we have been separated?

    No you have to file for divorce and go to court to be divorced.

    In fact your child support is not even done though the courts, I hope you have reciepts.

    If you have nothing on paper your still married and not even separated. What's the logic here ?
